We ordered the mixed plate where we chose to have 2 pcs of chiken ham and cheese rolls, 2 pcs of prawns and a piece of halibut. Cooked in canola & soy oil, these stuffs are supposedly good for your heart...

Ain't the tiny wooden pestle kyuuutt..?? The inside of the ceramic mortar is actually textured so it grips and ensure happy grinding session ahead.
Now, g..gg..ggg..gggrriinndd...!!!
According to your taste and your dilligence, you can have the sesame super smooth or slightly textured, just like Skippy ehehehe And the pour the katsu sauce, a concoction made of soy sauce + lemon + vinegar.
And then dip dip chew chew crunch crunch..!!!
